Refund policy

You have a right to return your purchase and get a refund. You can request a return or check your order status anytime from your account.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You can return purchased items up to 30 days after you received your order. All the returned items must be in a brand new condition and not used.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure your order is correct before completing checkout. If you no longer want an item, you're welcome to return it once received, following our return policy above.

HOW TO PROCEED A RETURN

You can start your return online through your account, or print the RETURN FORM and send it together with your package. You cover the costs of the return shipment. As soon as we receive your package we will process your refund, using the same form of payment as your original order. Please note: the Company reserves the right to check all returned products before issuing a refund.
